*Exclusively Telehealth visits*

Sessions will run approximately 50 minutes on a weekly/biweekly basis. (Other arrangments may be discussed upon established care)

All services are private pay by major debit, credit, or HSA card due on the day of service

Individual Counseling

Recurrent Individual Sessions (50 Minutes) $25-$200

Occasional Individual Sessions (30 Minutes) $25-$50

Special Sessions (incl. Gender Affirming Surgery Letters, Workplace Accomodations) $25-$50  

Note: Not currently accepting couples or relational clients. Current clients may request one off couples or relational sessions which will be explored on a case by case basis. 

Sliding Scale Model: To make therapy more accessible, I will begin offering sliding scale rates as of January 1, 2026 ranging from $25-$200 based on your financial situation. Please consider your financial situation, responsibilities, and resources when choosing a rate. 

• Access to resources: income, savings, support systems

• Financial Responsibilities: dependents, debts

• Privilege: stable employment, housing security, generational wealth

Please note: I do not ask for income verification and these fee ranges are to be self selected and can be adjusted as needed throughout our time working together.

Insurance: I am currently not in-network with any insurance at this time. I am able to provide super bills that you can submit submit to get out of network reimbursment from your insurance company for all or part of therapy costs. Please note: reimbursement is not guaranteed and most insurance companies will require a DSM-5 diagnosis.

Cancellations: scheduled sessions may be cancelled and rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance with no  cancellation fee. Sessions cancelled up to 24 hours in advance may be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Sessions cancelled day of or no show will be charged the full session rate.

Good Faith Estimate: You are entitled to a good faith estimate and may request one at your convenience. A good faith estimate will provide an estimated amount of your total therapy costs for a 12 month period.
